New SRO Patch

Where can i get the new patch so i can get it for a friend to manually install it, his SRO client isn't istalling it for some reason. The SRO.net only has an old 0.6v patch or something.

Also, why isn't silkroad working right now? Everytime i start it up it doesnt launch, and after a minute a window pops up SRO is going under matience or something. That's probably why then, but iv'e never seen this before. I also tried going to the SRO.net website and it doesn't load up at all. I guess they are fixing it, anyone know how long these things last for?
