I am unable to logon to SRO the logon icon does NOT appear, any suggestions please

I launch to the splash, it has option, guide, movie, exit but no start button... any ideas?

It should start updating but I guess the server is so busy that it doesnt.

Huh, I tried again, and this time, after a few seconds, it updated (takes a few min) and afterwards, the start button appeared.
