0.o!?! I can't read that!!!

I am trying to play JSRO. (to improve my Japanese) And....
I can't read that. I can type Japanese (See, 日本語）, and I can read Japanese. (in webpages and documents) But on Japanese programs it just shows thos wierd symbols. What do I do?

I installed the Japanese language pack a year ago... =_=
BTW, when I try to speak in Japanese (in game) some message appears in the chat box all in red ???s.

I have no idea.. do you know anyone else using the J version? If you don't find someone who does and ask them.

A Japanese language pack only let's u type or view in Japanese in a word processor or a webpage. To be able to read Japanese in programs, u need a complete Japanese system switch, or install a dual languages system. Meaning, install the Japanese version of Windows XP and then set it to support English.

Please DO NOT talk japanese ingame! That's what's making me crash! I get an all question marks message because people won't speak in English. >_>

Im to cheap to buy the Japanese Windows XP. XD
But I figured out what to do.
Regional and Language Options > Advanced > Language for Non-Unicode Programs > Japanese.
