i don't know what to do my account is hacked some one changed the email and changed PW so i can't log in or change my PW again what do i do i will do any thing to get my account back please help me thnx to all MY Account ID is amrstar89 and my email is amrstar89@hotmail.com i swear its my account but the moderators there doesn't reply or do any thing (((( please help ;"(

there's nothing you can do.. just make a new character..

then those monthes are wasted like this just because i wanted to change the PW and i never go to net cafe or any where i am just a home player how could some one hack my account and i watch my account after i couldn't log in be my friends account and the guild and it never log in then is it hacked or what please help

your account is gone start a new one because they wont get back your account

if your account is gone there is nothing you can do about it.

if you make a new one make sure the password is several characters long and is not something simple as your birth date.
( i change my password at least once a month)

you can't get it back... just make a new one, and make sure it's secure

I like the way when people get hacked and go on the official forum they're basically told it was there fault for getting logged on a site they weren't suppose to visit.

I infact know a legit (In real life!) who never visited any such site and never did trades etc, and his ID 'n' PW was made up of random numbers and letters.

The fact is they need to update Gameguard, on others games patches and fixes are issued every week. What's wrong with Joymax
