Silkroad Online Forums

i need help with silk road setup i installed it and i tried to run it and it goes to the start screen and it updated correctly and when i click on the start button it closes and goes to the n protection screen then it downloads and closes but then it brings up this screen that looks like a new window and has a lot of ??????????????? at the top. i wan wondering if anyone has had this same problem and how did they fix it????
