I read your PM, but I'm really busy now and internet is hella slow.
Try to register on a different computer, such as computers at school or in a library.

If that doesn't work I can make you an account when I'm done working, but I can't guarantee it'll work due the whole IP stuff.

EDIT: Made him an account, and haven't heard from him since then. Problem solved I guess. :roll:
