If Wanadoo is causing the problem then it's not only Dutch people that are affected by it. Wanadoo is an ISP in Algeria, France, Jordan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Morocco, Spain and the UK.

Hm, i wonder what the problem is then. One would think that all Wanadoo servers are set up in the same way and because of that all Wanadoo customers can't connect to anything Joymax related. :?

It seems that only Dutch Wanadoo customers are having problems. Several of my (Dutch) guildmembers have been playing the past few days without problems. They don't use Wanadoo.

I am gonna change to xs4all , I called them and asked what they would provide us in compensation . They laughed and said : Nothing , ofcourse . What do you expect ? Our system fails for a copple of days and you all expect us to be giving extra speed ??! You should be glad that you still have internet !

Well if there's something I would like to call bad customer support it's gonna be that :!:

im also from australia and have the same problem

see http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=3651

but am not networked, it's just straight through an ADSL modem

and Wanadoo is an ISP as Thrill_Thrill said above

im also from australia

So it's not just Dutch Wanadoo (ISP) users who are experiencing problems with SRO.

Anyway i think this problem is cos of my networking

My pc is on a network as well. When i put it in the dmz. SRO still won't work. So it's not the router firewall that stops me from connecting.

but am not networked, it's just straight through an ADSL modem

Just about every modem thats for sale has a built-in firewall. But the modem firewall is not the problem as well.

Looking at the facts i'm starting to think (again) that it's Joymax who's blocking us.
