Hi everyone,

I am trying to join silroad (newcomer) and it is just not working for me. It says: "wrong factor is called", every time I finish registration. Can you PLEASE help me out with this? Thank you!

not sure what it means but maybe youre using a character in the name that the login doesnt wanna accept.

things like - _ . = + , < > ? / and so forth in login details may cause the problem

or maybe the login name belongs to someone else.

try register something different and see if it works
