Server Under Inspection, While its not?

Okay so I just got done restoring my computer and I just finished
downloading and installing iSRO. After Installing the program, I go into
the client to get it updated, but it says that the server is under inspection
(which is not true). Do you guys know what my problem is or something?

Start -> Run -> 'notepad C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS'

NOTE: This may not work, the IP address I put in bold is an old address. Please check a sticky on the OFFICIAL forums for the true IP, if this does not work.

also check that you're actually connected to the internet.. if there's no active connection it will display that message when you load SRO..

222.111.150.111 nprotect.nefficient.com -> i add it 2 my hosts..but it doesn't work..i want 2 play now but...'inspection or update', maybe its another problem? because i want 2 play!!
