[SOLVED]Wont auto patch after re-installing

I had to reinstall sro, now it wont auto update just freezes....

When does it freeze, what does it say, etc...

These are all things that will help others have a friggin' clue as to what your problem is exactly.

doesnt say anything just freezes no error, doesnt start updating :?

Does the load screen pop up, or what? When exactly does it freeze.

yea the load up screen comes up but doesnt start updating

Does the START button appear? I would assume that it just isn't connecting to the SRO server. Try the HOSTS fix (stickied, and found elsewhere in this forum), or try to restart your modem for a new WAN IP.

Start button wont appear cause i reinstalled, ill try restart my modem, and i have done that host thing already...

Try removing the IP's from your host file, I tried the fix as well, and it completely screwed up my update. I find my SRO works better with the default HOST file.

Well it obviously has something to do with your connecting to the server. I am so tired that I can't think straight, let's continue this tommorrow, shall we?

Isnt there something else like, delete some shit in regedit?

Got it, i deleted the everything to do with sro in regedit and it works.. :)
