HElP, THIS IS REALLY ANGERING ME

I keep getting this dam error message. Like The server is under examination or soemthing. And it isnt under examination. wtf, ive redownloaded sro 2 times and reinstalled it 6 TIMES. HELP MEEE NOWW!!!!!!!!!

Go to START > Run
Type: notepad C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Under '127.0.0.1 localhost' Add the following:
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.co.kr
64.152.34.142 joymaxnpro.nefficient.com
Save and Exit
Try running it now...
