AVG and AVAST are anti-virus not anti-apyware. While they may prevent installation, something like AdAware or Spybot Search and Destroy are more the pure anti spyware. Both are free downloads.

Administrative tools -> local security policy - > right click "full deny" and select "accept" LOL
