PROBLEMS REGISTERING ON THE ACTUAL GAME

ITS SO ANNOYING IVE BEEN TRYING FOR HOURS TO REGISTER ON SILK ROAD AND EVERY TIME I FILL IN THE BOXES AND CLICK SUBMIT A BOX SAYING ...In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of.... how can i actually register please help me!

if you have registered for sro on that same internet connection 5 times you cannot register on it anymore...try a friends house, library or school
