error 380, plz help me!

hi, click on SRO, start it, and then it say nProtect Game Guard Update in a box at the top of the screen, but then a box pops up in the middly of screen ans it says GameGuard error: 380 Connecting to GameGuard update server has failed. Try again later, or try adjusting and personal firwall settings. Ive tried the firewall crap, and ive tried again and i've tried again and again to start the game but the same error just keeps popping up!
