server problem

I have read the forums and know it is hard to get in this game. Is it normal that i connect then a thing comes up that i have to copy and then i can not connect and get booted to desktop?
Can not think of the name but i know it is a sercurity thing. but it seams i have to get lucky twice to get into the damn game! first to connect to server then again after i type in the code so i can connect to the server.
This is very frustrating

bleh you just have 2 keep loggin in until u get onto a server. and then never ever ever ever ever log back off again. ever.
