Graphics problem!! please help

When i play the game it is fine for a little hwile and then as i run around then the colours get all stretched and there are random coloured shapes on the screen...

but when i go to options and change the resolution then it is fine for another little while and then goes back to the same thing...

does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this because it gets annoying trying to level or battle when i can't see the screen properly

Upgrade graphics driver. Possibly graphics hard overheating. Vacuum away dust and **** in your computer and in the fans.
