Translation, how do you do that?

Hi i'm new here, i have played the international silkroad but thats boring, i want to play the KSRO, the thing is, some people have translated it into english, but i don't even have a clue how to do that.

does anyone of you knows how to do that?, or atleast how to translate the site?
