Ok i just switched ISPs, they gave me a new modem/router (its works as both). It is Siemens 6520. I have Aliant High speed ultra. Randomly the DSL and Internet light on my modem turns off and i Disconnect, this happens anywhere from 1minute to 20 minutes of being connected. I am about to loose it Please help

I THINK you modem/router is overheating. This happened to me a couple times. Dont lay the router/modem on carpet or behind you computer desk; make sure there is good ventilation going through out the room. If this doesn't work, call and your ISP and talk to them about your problem.
