freezing problem help plz!

ok everything is ok.....the window comes up and i press start.Then that silkroad box comes up and stays there for like forever?!how do i fix this problem? 
What OS are you running?
Make sure your GFX drivers are updated and you have the latest DirectX, even if you do, re-install it anyway.
