error?

when I go in to SilkRoad, while im loading something from the menus such as the character creation screen, a window pops up saying something about gamegaurd, it also says that I have to send an e-mail of all of my .erl files to game@inca.co.kr, whats that all about? when i click ok, the game closes out, im not sure if i should trust the gamegaurd thing, and i have no idea whats causing it

1st go here
C\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
and right click the host file and open with notepad
ok there will be a few writings and such about microsoft what you do now is all the way on the bottom copy and paste this

80.15.232.4 nprotect.nefficient.com

not all the way just enuff till u dont scroll

after that u go back to the host file right click on it and go properties
on the bottom u check read online then apply and click okay

it doesnt help at all, i have no idea where to search for that part they say to look in, i tried explore on my start menu, but it doesnt work
