yep, i tried evrything.. IE and proxies, nothing works.. could help me make an account plss..

describe the problem, don't just say you can't register. Tell us what happens to the smallest detail, what it says, ect, ect.

Then, definitely more people will be able to help.

it says i cant register more than 5 accounts on the same IP address..
ive tried the solutions mentioned in a thread and still nothing works..
my only option now is to find someone who can make an account for me..

You have any friends/relatives/family members register their accounts at your place?
