I am getting:

"Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Silkroad\sro_client.exe

This applicationhas requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

please help on anything I can do to get this running. Thank you

reboot your pc i often get this when running too much programs or not having enough memory (yeah too much stuff at same time)
if that does not help try a reinstall

Thanks for the quick response...Yeah I shut down all my programs and re-installed..Silk Road or Diablo 2 both won't run..just with that error..
