Silk Purchasing problems

Alright, I have been trying to buy some silk from the main Silkroad website. I can get as far as when (I have a Master Card) the Master Card "SecureCode" thing. I try to make a new one, because i know I don't have one. But after I enter the info for the "SecureCode" thing, this error message comes up.





Can anyone tell me what they mean and/or how to solve this problem.
