Silkroad Launcher Not Working...PLEASE HELP, Ty

Everytime i load silkroad, it would work. Once the NProtect loads, and the recangular box that says "Silkroad Online" comes, it doesnt work.... i would wait for 20 minutes hoping it will load and play the game, but it never does....and i have to press control+alt+delete. At the windows task manager it would say "Not Responding" for silkroad, and i have no other programs running at the same time, and my firewall is off. Im completely clueless on what to do, if u can help please do.....i really wanna play T_T.

Have you checked that your pc matches and beats the sys requirments?
