My main account is inactive. How to reactivate?

I recently changed my email address on my main account, and now the SRF account is inactive. I received an error upon trying to log in that I should contact a forum admin. What is the proper way to contact an admin if the account is inactive? I'll send Ryoko (sp?) a PM from this account, but I wanted to be sure I did it right. I don't want him to think I'm trying to break into someone's account or something.
