Hi,

This time -

I'll be playing (Whereever, doing trade runs,sp farm...etc) and out of nowhere my monitor goes off, (Green to yellow light) and it flashes no video signal. My computers running, so I have to push restart.

This has happened in CS:S(Counter Strike Source) and SR so far, no where else. I have deleted drivers, installed, updated. The plug is fastened securly.
Now what I'm think is some type of graphics command that goes one, and when it happens my card can't run it so it goes off?

Specs:
1280x1024
Back Det: 1
Char Det: 5

AMD 64bit 2200+ Venice 1.8ghz
A8V Deluxe Mobo (64bit)
Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb GFX Card
19' MAG Flatscreen Monitor. (1280x1024 max reso) 75hz

My first inclination would be to say that the video card is overheating. However, you mentioned a *decent* card, so I dunno.

What is the cooling situation like inside your case? Are your drives updated? Are you running other programs in the background?

In my computer on average it's a nice, 75F, the CPU is 80F.

Drivers are updated, but now that you pointed out that it could be overheating, that seems like the case. I'll have to get sometype of fan that connect to a PCI slots too cool it though, since the card connects flipwise. :\
