!!! i can't make a new password or a new account !!!!!

when i go to change my password i do everything i need and when i click change password or submit (for a new account) browser just gets back to the sro online home page,im i doing something wrong of what
ive used internet explorer,Mozilla, and even used an another comp (in school) and it doesn't work
what could be the problem
