A Timing Problem

A little riddle: I'm in Italy,GMT +1 .Korea is GMT +8 (or near). 3 o'clock in Korea is so 21.00 on my country ? if yes, i've workarounded you all

Yreah but the time for every1 is different...Same time for all..true....but your feeling of the time is different!
