Omega Drivers not working?

hello i downloaded the omega drivers fro my card (ATi Radeon 9200) to see if i can fix that stupid error and finally play silk once again, when i downloaded it, xtracted it and ran it, oh surprise, program has an error and must be closed, WDF. ne1 knows how to fix this?
