Server down?

I was just wondering, is the server down rite now? I was looking all over the place for confirmation, but it seems to never be posted, and http://www.silkroadonline.net is down as well. If its not down, then I guess i have a problem, because i keep getting the "..is under inspection or updates..." popup everytime i start it up. I have version 1.062, perhaps that is wrong? If the server IS down, how long before it is back up again?

Thanks for all your help.

I tink te server was down.. during ur time frame... 8)
The best way to make sure if a server is down... is to check the http://www.silroadonline.net and if it is down... then SRO is down.... alternatively make sure ur internet is not down by opening any website

=/. I guess i'm destined to never play again. The site is down so I guess I guess just have to wait it out, or find a new game to play.

Just to summarize, when i open the application, it says the server is going under inspection and the "Start" button is not available. I try to go to http://www.silkroadonline.net and the page won't load. I've been trying for about two days now, everything is still down. I live in New Jersey, east coast of USA. I don't know what else to try. I'm under a college internet connection, maybe they have a restriction on these types of games? I have access to the internet though, clearly, since I can post on the forum. Don't know what else to do. Thanks for all the help.
