I had to reformat my computer recently, and I decided to re-install Silkroad. however, after I had installed it, I couldn't play it because of the following errors:

Now I tried to download SDK, but it says it'll take like 8 hours, and I'm never allowed on my computer for that long. HELP!!!!!!!!

Well the problem with SDK is that it could vary from just needing a patch update. To a full Direct X recollection. Have you tried updating your Direct X? Direct 3D very rarely has problems like this unless someone is using a old version of it and trying to load a newer game.
