i get it everytime i play right after the game gaurd thing. Please help

Download the graphic card from the silkroad website.

You don't have to make two threads, you know.

When i DL it, it say the driver cannot be found and stuff like that.

I was able to play the game during the summer, then i uninstalled it.


I acidentally made another one ma bad.

A runtime error will have nothing to do with graphics card, unless it calls on a certain region that is out of range for the video card. I reccommend reinstalling it first then trying to run it again. OR simply restart the computer and try it agian.

I get the exact same error when I try to launch the game. I've d/l'd it and I cannot play.

I will update the gfx drivers and reboot.

so could anyone walk me through this in a simpler way? i thought it could be cos my RAm is not up to reqirements, and im plaaning to upgrade it soon but if nobody van help me ill just drop it, so could tell me how to resolve the runtime error sorta step by step? thanks a lot either way :love: :love: :love:

I just updated my graphic drivers

i havnt done any upgrades to my comp its just the stock shit.. im not sure where abouts to find the type lolz, as i said im real shit with the technical comp stuff, whats it usually under in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool section? sorry again, thanks for helping

Ok Click Start Menu
Click Run

Type dxdiag

If it asks you something, click No

Go to screen

There is info tehre about your card

Also, supply us your RAM

thats just it, on my comp there is no screen.. closest relevant title is 'Display' is thats the one u need tell me what info about it u want me to provide, and my ram is 192 MBs, my dad is trying to get a better one and i should be getting it sometime this week, tell me what u need and ill get it to u, thanks for helping

just simply update it from the SRO website. jus follow its directions and u should be fine i guess

If you have an ATI card, go to ati.com. Go through the links to driver download, and then install it. Then reboot.

The latest piece of advice I found on the subject is to download and install the following 2 pieces of MS software:

From the reactions I read it seems to work for some people at least. :)
