BSOD after SRO starts

After I start SRO, right after the gameguard thing finishes it's loading and stuff, my screen blacks out and then goes to an error screen. The screen says something along the lines of "Windows has experienced a technical error and is performing a physical memory dump". The error number is: 0X0000008E. I checked on google and the error corresponds with an error in my RAM, however, the screen only appears when I attempt to run SRO. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
