hey guys i need a little help with silkroad, this one time i tried to launch silkroad , some random error came up and it stated some weird message. Now i've tried multiple times to re-install the game and i havent been able to get rid of this error, has this happend to any of you? and how can i fix it

yea sorry i wasnt able to print the screen , its some weird message ending wihth (9) and the rest is a bunch of random accents on letters and numbers
