Since a few weeks, when i'm trying to connect, i get a error / message:
The server is in examination, please check
http://www.silkroadonline.com for more information.
But i cant get on that site :<
Please help !

Where do u live? This is the 3rd case ive heard of this... Im starting to think there is some IP problems going around...

try that :
1 - go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2 - open " hosts " with notepad
3 - under the text, on the left add "121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com"
your hosts will look like that :
# Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
# text text blah blah .....
# blah blah
#etc
#....
#
#
#etc...
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com
4 - now, you can open silkroad^^
