WElll... Make long story short. I got stuck at HOtan Storage Wall.. and Joymax ain't gonna do cra p about it.. so i'm wondering.. any of you have any idea on how to fix this? mess around with their setting maybe?

Here's wat happen at the moment..

After logging in..
Character page loaded...


Select character


Then the loading page shows up.. after it all load.. this appeared..


.05 second later.
this appeared


and if you move that piece of shi.. out of the way.. you see her.. in the wall


This is when i saw her last. before all this horror happened..
Ran into the wall with Phantom walk... and FRozE...



please help if you kno anything. or else. She's pretty much screw.. i kno...

Does it disconnect you instantly every time you connect to that character? Can you connect with either of your other two characters? If you can get in again with your character that's stuck, can't you use a return scroll? Or since you're right under the teleporter (I believe) try teleporting to Donwhang

Yep.. I instantly got disconnected.. so i can't really scroll.. or do anything.. that's why i'm wondering if that one program that fix the wind problem can somehow fix mine.


oh yeah.. and i can log into my other 2 characters fine.. just Asu that has the problem

hmmm... shot in the dark, but I was just thinking. When you log in and select Asu, isn't there usually some lag as Hotan loads and all the character models load before you get disconnected? I'm wondering if other people in your guild will see the "Guild member Asu logged on" message a certain time before you DC.

If so, and your guild master can get a guild recall scroll (I think lvl 5 guild?) if he/she's quick enough, maybe they can recall you and you accept before the city-load lag finishes and you DC.

A lot of speculation, assuming you're even in a guild and the guild is the right level and... yeah just a shot in the dark

lol. unfortunately.. i AM the guild master. hahahah.. and second. i already checked. when one of my trusted member login as my account. All i can see is "Asukara logged off" never see the log on part.

Quite the bit of a mess your in there... heres what i suggest.

If you got stuck like that, try clicking all around until the character moves. Also Try to move when your character 'Falls into the endless space' Possibly, as fomr my gaming experience, theres a spot that can put you back on top or bottom of the map, whichever you are looking for. If all else fails, sorry, i can''t help you anymore.

I noticed in the screenshots from where the event popup and disconnect popup are shown, to the one where the disconnect box is moved, the view is different. It appears you were able to rotate the camera. Can your character stay online long enough to rotate the camera a bit? Especially now that the event is over, how long can you stay online with her?

If you can't stay on long enough to activate a return scroll, perhaps you can be on long enough to put on a trade flag, summon a transport, dismount it, and mount it. (maybe getting kicked offline between each step). That should allow your character to move a little and doesn't have the 30 second timeout a return scroll does.

I didn't notice your server, but if you're on venice I'd be willing to exchange you a trade flag and transport if you can stay on for a few seconds at a time. Just hopefully there's not something else disconnecting you besides being stuck

Do you have a dump file created in your folder on the date this first happened?... find that, then read here:

Well the wind problem is a client side setting. Information about your character (location, equipment, health, things like that) are stored server side. So I doubt you could do anything in your client data files to get you unstuck. Have you tried contacting customer support? I know they don't provide much support but it can't hurt to try.

Have you tried logging in from another computer? Even another IP address.

Do you have a dump file created in your folder on the date this first happened?... find that, then read here:

lol. strangely enough. ISRO is the only folder with the Dump thing. But there's nothing in it

still trying... but so far no luck.. instant disconnection

Well I meant have you tried logging into Asu, and the other chars, from a friend's computer?

YEs. I have a laptop and a computer. AND my guild mate tried to log in already... same problem

What will happen to your guild? If Azu is the master, and she cannot log in, won't she lose the position eventually? If I'm not mistaken, it would then be up for grabs (or possibly vote by the members). Something to think about. I don't know if there's a way to transfer master to one of your other characters or not, without Azu being logged on.

Any luck with this problem? Another thing I just thought of... when you load the launcher for SRO, before you click start, try going into options and turn everything down to minimum. I don't remember exactly what settings there are on that options screen, but minimum graphic detail, if you can turn off shadows, things like that. Since that character is stuck, maybe all the detail is causing something to not render correctly and crash the game.

Just a thought.

lol. already tried that too. doesn't work

give ur id and pass to someone u trust and let them try to log into the game and move ur char on there computer.

Ugh there's nothing you can do atm. MANY people have quit cause their character got stuck in this way.

Your main hope is contacting a GM, I heard the GM's sometimes help you and reset you to your city spawn point. Just do a bug report

lol. yep already tried that that's how how found out about whenever asu go on.. all i see is Asukara log off the server

yeah... i pretty much gave up hope.. though i still try to log onto her everytime i'm done playing.. maybe if i can move her just a bit.. (not happening) but hey.. it's worth the try... and as for GM... those bug reports i sent are worthless.. my sweet friends event sent them too.. nothing. XD
