many ppl has this problem, including myself... check the other threads, maybe something works for you (even if it didnt for me)

maybe the admins should make a page on how to fix the problem if its happened to countless amounts of ppl, rather useless waiting my time DLing after i heard good stuff about this game, to find its incredibly broken.
