anyone else getting a complete freeze on startup?

I restarted my computer after SRO froze during startup and now even from a completely fresh restart with antivirus off, when I click Start in the launcher, it makes my mouse lag quite a bit then freezes my computer completely. That's REALLY hard to do to my computer since I have a dual core processor. I think I'm gonna reinstall SRO but has anyone else had that problem?
