Question Mark Error?????

I got this once I clicked on my charicter on the loading screen... and after the splash screen I got this:

it's happened to me twice since the new patches have been installed for SRO. It randomly crashed for me, with the same type of error. One time it happened while I was running, and another time when I opened up the character inventory screen.
