can't play silkroad and can't even visit website

its almost 3 weeks that i can't log-in with silkroad server and i can't even visit there website. here's the scenario, i have an internet cafe and i am using linksys router...i did not touch nor configure the router. my ISP have a great DSL connection, i even inquire my isp and told me that the website is ok on their side. what's wrong with this? is it on my router? firewall? pls help....my customers are mad for they cannot log in even to the website...thanks for the help and GOD bless...

first of all there's no such thing as great DSL. Second, this could be caused by anything but do any other sites or internet using apps not work or is it just SRO and where do you live and who's your ISP?

thank you for your reply desolator, first and foremost i live here in central visayas, philippines; we can play other online games except for SRO, my ISP is BAYANTEL. i tried the suggestion from other users in this forum, but still it won't work. i am so desperate to play with this online game and my customers too. pls help. thanks.
