GameGuard Error: 361

One day when i try to play silkroad i got this error, i've never had it before, can anyone help me with this? i try reinstalling and make sure my connections are ok, yet it still pops up and the game doesn't run 
Description are as follow:
GameGuard error:361
Error has occurred during running og GameGuard. Send an email to game@inca.ca.kr, and attach the *.erl files located in the GameGuard folder inside the game installation path.
i also check in the folder for the erl files, they are all there, not sure about the installation path thingie though.
If anyone can help that would be great ^_^
