gameguard must have crashed without knowing it (sorta). A faster way to fix it is to press ctrl-clt-del and look for the gameguard process in the process list (not the task list) and end it. It should let you.

restarting only hurts your computer if there was already something wrong with it in the first place
It sounds like your antivirus program is messing with gameguard on a regular basis if you got this error more than once though.

I have an error like that, but it says runtime error
