server and the game

please someone o somebody can explain to me what is going on with the server please any time i want to play is stock i can`t
today i wanna play and my level is down i play 4 hours to up my level and the quest i finish no appear
i really madness abuot this because the problem
now i wanna be different i wanna my character how be no how supose
i really be happy
and please don`t do again
