IMAC VPC ISSUE

Everytime i try to start silkroad on my Imac PPC in VPC it comes up with and error.
sro_client.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

I have already talked to microsoft twice and they have no idea how to fix it. i've tried almost everything on my computer and nothing. I haven't even got to create a character on SRO because of every windows system screwing up.
