Mates Game Won't

He has said he probelm is that simply there is a messege saying the gaem won't run he has gave no more detail but can anyone help from the info given?
Btw he has downloaded it twice

Without more information, no. At this point, I could ask "Is his computer switched on?" as a perfectly valid question.

Does he have updated drivers, a 64mb graphics card, Enough Ram, spyware deleted?

i haven't read the whole error message but what i did read was just runtime errors, im gona have a look at it tonight and i might jus redownload it and start again!

Lol... Any error he's getting upon running the program will be a "runtime error"... hence the name.

My game won't start at all now. I just get the "Silkroad.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I'm so f-ing pissed off right now.
