Char doesnt load, game crashes at Jangan Fountain plz help

I recently got disconnected when I was trying to ressurect at the specific spot(Jangan Fountain), after that I recconected and tried to log in but the game doesnt make it past the Jangan Fountain, it just stays there and my character doesnt appear, then the game shutsdown and goes back to my destop and a message with ?????? signs appear. I tried logging in with other characters but the same thing hapens. if anyone had the same problem plz comment on if you was able to succesfully load your char or if your still stuck like me, i havent been able to play for 2 weeks. Samething happened to my till i reset my computer to an earlier date! After that it worked fine
