Server undergoing inspection or update ...

A few weeks ago, i had this well known problem "sometimes". With that i mean it was an exception when i had this error.
Nowadays, ( since that great update/inspection of 9 hours), it is an exception when i can connect.
With or without the 222.111.150.111 gwgt1.joymax.com in my hosts file, it does not matter.
This happens also since i bought some silk. What a great time to not be able to connect.
When you can't connect due to server traffic, you know what is going on, i can live with that.
But that sucky inspection error is really dumb. Will they really not solve it ?
Just great for me, buying silk ( golden ticket ) for nothing.
Thanks SRO...
Same problem i have that the game closes down when u can't connect ( disconnected from the server ). Now that's less of a problem. But can't they do better than that ? I know it's a free game, but still.... Or can't they program at all ??

i don't ask for technical help, i know i won't get it anyway.
I wanted that topic in general discussion because it really pisses me off..
So why move it?
I never asked in my post how to solve it?...

Dont buy silk.
Cant think of a better solution.

yeah , that's the only thing that bothers me... if i hadn't buy 300silk or something, i would have said: **** off SRO, and just quit the game..
But they let you pay for something, and you don't get it.. can't be legal...
So two solutions:
- they give my money back (dream on baby )
- they solve the problem ( dream on baby )
Conclusion ? farked up!!
And whining on a forum won't solve it also, they just don't care...
But i'm frustrated.. so , hell yeah, i'm gonna whine..

i dunno if its gonna work or if you would do that.
But you can try charging back your money though your account will be banned for that.
They wont give you your money back on their own
No one replies in the Technical help section...

Just ignore Tuxken, he's just a whiner tbfh
Anyways, he tried adding the new ip (121.128.133.26) in his hosts file, and it seems to be working up until now *fingers crossed*

There's nothing to do about that "Server undergoing inspection or update ...", cause it's undoubtly Joymax problem. They are too lame to fix they dns problems and many ISPs don't allow their name server addresses to be broadcasted to network. ISPs had simply blocked Joymax. Well i think we should all spam Joymax with this link
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsrepor ... online.net so they could see their problems. Imho 11 failures in dns is not the way of hosting online service.

121.128.133.26 works only for those who can access the sro homepage, but most people who have that "Server undergoing inspection or update ..." problem cannot. Anyway even that we must edit the /etc/hosts file is Joymax problem caused by their malfunctioning name servers

It's really your ISPs fault. Its not gonna kill them to accept it or enter it manually.

Yes it is, but just because Joymax errors are unacceptable for ISP. And they will unblock sro only when Joymax solves that problem. That way ISP protects it's customers from security vulnerabilities and other malicious content that could exploit those dns errors.

Again, it will not hurt them to accept. The flaws in the DNS can only hurt Joymax.

Well maybe it's just the policy of ISP

Just for comparison, how many failures result sro homepage test
