Inspection/Error

Dear peepz..
i am having a serious big problem.
everyday everytime when i want to open silkroad..there is server inspection...god dammit, the whole day, the whole week...wtf is that.
oke i decide to uninstall it..then restart..delete all folders of Silkroad /Joymax
then install it back...then i want to open it..comes an error with Dont Send of Send..cannot even open the window for server inspection anymore...
plz help
