i have found the error code that doesnt let us to connect ,and as i understand the problem is 100% from SRO

Silkroad.exe - Could not connect to gwgt1.joymax.com:15779 (error code 10060)

Connection timed out.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or the established connection failed because the connected host has failed to respond.

and if the path to them doesnt exist thanks to your isp how could they respond

only thing i know is that my isp connects with 1 IP to the dns server.and all the custumers are connected to that IP,so if my provider cant get to them we all cant,a dns server as far as i know update itself every day.so if sro did provide them with the new ip why isnt it updated yet?
what i think is that they just first blocked like ip above 2** for example,maybe to see if the server is ok and everything works 100%..and further i really dont have a clue wtf is going on,...and for me the error msg is clear
