Please help!!

The server is in examination or out of working time.
And that text comes every time i wanna open it .
The same message has been goming for like 24 hours.

Would it help if i reinstall it or download the whole game from another good site?
And i do meet the requierments
So please help

yes i get the same msg too and NO it will not help to reinstall ,because i did it like 5 times,i even deleted the regedit keys,nothing what i did helps,so i dont know what the problem is.or we will get on it after while or not i really dont know . can you get on http://www.silkroadonline.net??
cause i cant,someone who can tell me how that is possible,not getting on the game i can imagine,but sro site is online but some poeple like me cant get on it,that can only be a IP ban isnt it? :banghead:

As you can't view the SRO site, here's what they have posted if you're having a problem:

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

There are users at the moment that are not able to connect to Silkroad Online. If you cannot connect to the game, please try the following steps:

1. Go to path C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ and open filename 'hosts' with notepad.

2. Erase the previous localhost and gwgt1.joymax.com entries and enter the following information in the opened file, 'hosts':

127.0.0.1 localhost
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com

3. Reboot computer, and try running Silkroad Online again.

If users find the above steps difficult to follow, you will still be able to play the game at most in 2~3 days when your host information will be replaced automatically.

This problem is caused by delays in DNS broadcasting in some areas but the information does eventually get updated. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

COT DAM* this sux so much!! I really hope a silkroad Admin reads this I have to say because this sux so much... Couldn't they even do a post before the update telling us this might happen!?? not even after this B*llSh*t did we get any information. Well I tried all different ways I got to know about in the forum but still not working. Did it actually work for anyone? Plz write if it did.... Is it only swe ip's that has got this or?
The game is great but thius really sux.. really have to do it much better next time....

Lots of people all over the world are having the problem so, no, it's not just the Sweedish.

Nobodies IP has been blocked. Even the Vietnamese don't get blocked until 18th September.

The problem is not with Joymax as I understand it, it's with your Internet Service Provider, and it's not a problem/fault as such, just a delay with adresses updating. I could be wrong so just tell me (politley

) if I am.

Wait until Monday (2-3 days as stated by Joymax), if you still cannot connect then post again to tell people.

i have even contacted my ISP by phone and they told me the problem is from SRO,that doesnt mean it will stay like this,no like manny poeple told it allready,i think and my isp think they just have to update the DNS,so after that it will be allright again,but i hear poeple telling wait for 1/2 days,dude i am allready past that 1 or 2 days,SRO just sucks because they are a real noob organization,never seen a online game provider who even dont msg there players on forum or something like that to tell them wtf is going on,they say understand please that they have to patch and update the game, i and we fu**king understand,but how you can make a game better if you dont give a F***k about the players,i mean we are stuck and cant get on the game,we dont know exactly why or when or how and IF we will get on it again so SRO Crew: Grow up :banghead:
